Mr. Pridmore prosecutes and defends business and personal injury litigation for individual and corporate clients in both state and federal courts. As to some of his corporate clients, Mr. Pridmore acts as their general counsel. This includes litigation, transactional, and employment related services. He is a member of the Texas Bar, Texas Bar Foundation, is a Master of the Texas Tech Inn of Courts, and is a director of the Lubbock Area Bar Association. He was also selected to the National Order of Barristers and was named a Business Litigation Super Lawyer for 2024. Mr. Pridmore won two National Moot Court Championships and Best Brief award while attending South Texas College of Law in Houston. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University in 1989. While attending Texas Tech University, he worked for Dean Witter Reynolds as an Account Executive, where he obtained his securities license.

Mr. Stevens worked as corporate counsel for Stewart Title of Lubbock, Inc., for seven years before joining the firm. Mr. Johnston was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005 and the New Mexico Bar in 2016. Mr. Johnston’s primary emphasis is in business and consumer bankruptcy law representing both creditors and debtors. Mr. Johnston also practices in the areas of general commercial/business transactions and litigation, banking law, personal injury litigation, probate, trust and estate planning. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Johnston served as both an intelligence officer and instructor in the United States Air Force. He completed his military service in 2002 after a seven year career highlighted by his involvement in the U-2 aerial reconnaissance program and a ROTC professorship at Louisiana State University.

Jack P. Driskill 

Mr. Driskill is the managing partner of the Firm. He heads the banking and commercial law section of the Firm. He has extensive experience in the representation of financial institutions. He is a founding member of the Texas Bank Lawyers Association and has served as a Director on two different occasions.

Mr. Driskill has a sophisticated transactional practice and serves as general counsel of several companies, including developers and owner of apartment projects. The transactional practice is focused on real estate, oil & gas and the structuring of business entities.

Mr. Driskill also works with high net worth individuals and families in their estate planning through the use of family limited partnerships and generation skipping trusts to transfer their family business and assets from generation to generation.

He was Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Tech Law Review in 1970-1971 and was the highest ranking graduate of his class from law school. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Chemistry, from Texas Tech University in 1964 and worked as a geophysicist for Amoco for four years.

S. Drew Simmons

Samuel “Drew” Simmons was admitted to the Texas bar in 2022. Drew’s practice primarily deals with contract litigation, real estate and eminent domain. Born in Lubbock, Drew went to Texas Tech University for his undergraduate degree and graduated law school from the University of Houston Law Center. Prior to law school Drew worked in a variety of areas from construction and food service to retirement plan consulting and real-estate title.
